House Rules
- Book a set in the studio just as you would book a meeting room in Outlook:
Room: Rockford – The Den – Set B
Room: Rockford – The Den – Set C
Room: Rockford – The Den – Set D - Email Kelly Warkentien and losspreventionbadges@wwwinc.com to have your badge activated to enter The Den.
- All employees, visitors, and contractors must follow WWW policy, details can be found here.
- Please wear provided white shoe booties while walking on the cyc floor if you are not the on-camera talent.
- Please use provided tennis balls on any c-stand legs to protect the floor.
- Please gaff tape any cords running across the floor as a safety precaution.
- If playing music, please be respectful of others in the studio.
- After your production, please return all equipment to the storage room and email Kelly Warkentien and losspreventionbadges@wwwinc.com when The Den is cleaned up.
- Please be kind to all property within The Den at all times. Remember, this is your house too.

Where is The Den located?
The Den is down the hall from Office Services/across from the former Rock/beneath the Merrell area/next to the Merrell Product Room. If you do better with floor plans, here's where we are.
Who has access to The Den?
Creative Directors across all brands have access. If you need access for yourself, please see "How do I get into The Den?" below.
How do I get into The Den?
After reserving a set in Outlook, an email will be sent to Derrick Trotman notifying him of the booking. Within 48 hours, Derrick will then set up your badge access for the date(s) you have booked. If you book the set for a period of time that is less than 48 hours in the future, you will need to work with the Creative Director for your brand to badge you in.
